About TimelyMeds

TimelyMeds is a private, offline-first medication tracker designed for reliability, calm, and long-term trust. We built TimelyMeds because medication tracking is too important to be treated like just another consumer app.

Our Philosophy

TimelyMeds behaves more like medical infrastructure than a consumer app. We believe that:

• Privacy is non-negotiable. Your medication data stays on your device unless you explicitly choose cloud backup.
• Core functionality should be free forever. Remembering to take medication should never cost money.
• Trust must be earned and maintained. We will never revoke features, sell your data, or add ads.
• Premium unlocks convenience, not care. Payment should make life easier around medication, not control medication itself.

What We Are

TimelyMeds is:

• An offline-first medication tracker that works without internet
• A private tool with no forced accounts or data collection
• A reliable system designed for long-term use
• A calm, clinical interface without gamification or stress

What We're Not

TimelyMeds is explicitly not:

• A health social network
• A content or news platform
• A habit-gamification app with streaks and rewards
• A medical device or diagnostic tool
• A VC-funded growth experiment

If a feature increases anxiety, friction, or dependency — it doesn't ship.

Our Trust Contract

We operate under an implicit trust contract with our users:

1. Medication tracking must always work
2. Core functionality must never be revoked
3. User data is owned by the user
4. Payment must unlock convenience, not access to care

Violating any of these principles would permanently damage the product. We take this responsibility seriously.

Premium Features

Premium exists to make life easier around medication management:

• Refill Tracking: Track pill inventory and get reminders before you run out
• Doctor Reports: Generate professional PDFs with charts and adherence summaries
• Multi-Profile Support: Manage medications for family members or care recipients
• Cloud Sync: Optional encrypted backup with automatic device sync

Premium is contextual and optional — triggered only when you need it, never forced.

Our North Star

We don't optimize for Monthly Active Users or Average Revenue Per User. Our primary metric is:

"Would a user with a chronic condition trust this app in 5 years?"

If the answer is no, the feature does not ship.
