By default, all of your medication data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to enable cloud sync.

Optional Cloud Sync

If you choose to enable cloud sync (a premium feature):

• Your data is encrypted before transmission
• We use industry-standard encryption protocols
• You can disable cloud sync at any time
• You can request deletion of all cloud data

What Data We Collect

Data You Provide

• Medication Information: Names, dosages, schedules, and related data you enter (stored locally by default)
• Account Information: Email address if you create an account for cloud sync
• Feedback: Messages you send through contact forms or feature requests

Automatically Collected Data

• Device Information: Basic device type and OS version for bug reporting and compatibility
• Crash Reports: Anonymous technical data when the app crashes to help us fix bugs
• Usage Analytics: Minimal, anonymous data about which features are used (no personal data)

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not track your location
• We do not read your contacts or photos
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use advertising trackers
• We do not share your medication data with anyone

How We Use Your Data

You can export all of your medication data at any time in CSV, PDF, or JSON format directly from the app.

Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• Delete individual medications within the app
• Delete your entire account and all associated cloud data
• Contact us to request complete deletion of all data

Opt-Out Options

• Disable cloud sync to keep data local-only
• Disable analytics in app settings
• Disable crash reporting (though this helps us fix bugs)

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• End-to-end encryption for cloud sync
• Secure HTTPS connections
• Regular security audits and updates
• Limited employee access to systems
• Secure backup procedures

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

TimelyMeds is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

International Users

TimelyMeds is operated in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using TimelyMeds, you consent to this transfer.
